Assistant Photographer Needed
Assistant Photographer Responsibilities:
Use time management skills to capture images efficiently and accurately
Help the Sample manager with product flow by managing and organizing the samples workflow in staging/return area
Assist with carrying photography equipment. (Usually will not exceed 15 pounds)
Assist in preparation for location photo shoots including location scouting and managing the prop and equipment list
Process images – crop, clip, color correct, manipulation, resizing, etc. in Photoshop, maintaining quality control
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to last minute changes
Maintain photo equipment and cleanliness of studio
Assistant Photographer Requirements:
Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company
Excellent organization and communication skills required
Excellent people skills with proven ability to work well in a team environment
Experience with evaluation of photography for reproduction in print and electronic media (web images)
Working knowledge of current photography equipment, tools and software
Understanding of workflows for still and video productions
An unfaltering drive to be proactive and get sh*t done
Ability to take direction well and follow through on all assigned tasks
Organizational ability and practicality
Possess professionalism
Flexible nature in high-intensity, high-pressure situations
A full clean up-to-date drivers license required
Edit and distribute photos to appropriate people
Interpersonal skills
Familiarity with photography techniques
